1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using rockaway.ai and any services provided by Rockaway LLC ("Rockaway.ai"), including the RevSignals platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Rockaway.ai provides revenue operations consulting services and the RevSignals software platform. Our consulting services include CRM implementation, pipeline design, workflow configuration, and revenue operations strategy for B2B SaaS companies. RevSignals is a pipeline intelligence tool that connects to your CRM to provide deal risk analysis, rep performance insights, and forecast visibility.
3. User Accounts and Access
Certain features of our Services may require you to create an account or provide CRM credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. CRM Data and Permissions
When you connect your CRM to RevSignals, you grant us read-only access to your pipeline and sales data solely for the purpose of providing our Services. We do not modify, delete, or export your CRM data. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and that doing so does not violate any agreements with your CRM provider or any applicable laws.
5. Consulting Services
Consulting engagements are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOWs) or engagement letters agreed upon between Rockaway.ai and the client. These Terms of Service apply generally to all interactions with our website and Services, while specific engagement terms take precedence where applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our website and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the RevSignals platform, are owned by Rockaway.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services to violate any applicable laws or regulations, transmit harmful or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of RevSignals, or use our Services for any purpose that is fraudulent or harmful.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rockaway.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Rockaway.ai in the twelve months preceding the claim. Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Any CRM connections will be disconnected and your data within RevSignals will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
